Available to answer questions, queries and deal with client issues effectively, ensuring their needs are met throughout their time with us, reaching out for guidance from managers and teams when necessary.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for clients, guests, suppliers, and Landmark Space visitors from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the environment, including co-working areas, meeting rooms, event areas, coffee bars, and all other facilities.
- Efficient management of the booking platform and ensuring all meeting rooms are set up to the highest quality, including the responsibility of monitoring and ordering stock.
- Coordinate event planning with teams, caterers, and resolve any issues to ensure the event runs smoothly.
- Be the hero who saves the day by resolving complaints efficiently ensuring you restore client confidence, you will be required to work across multiple locations.
- Assist your manager with the end goal in mind, retain your clients, gain referrals, attract new clients and be outstanding in your area with an award-winning business.
