Account Management Overview
How to add or remove team members and manage team members access rights.
Add a new user to your company account
Users will be flagged as ‘pending’ in your team member’s list until they complete their registration and set their password
Change a user’s access level
Available roles and what a user can do in your company account
- Administrator – All permissions plus the ability to invite and manage users
- Power User – Can view, create and edit all company bookings
- Standard User – Can view, create and edit their own bookings
- Billing Administrator – Can only view company bookings
Delete user
Once a user has been deleted from your company account they cannot be re-invited through the platform.
