Moving into a new office space is both exciting and nerve-wracking; is everything going to make it there in one piece? Will our mail make it over to the new place? Here’s what to expect from us during your move-in period:

1. Prior to moving in

  • We’ll be in contact to help sort out things like:
  • Where the moving van can park
  • Reserving the lift for your move-in-date
  • Accepting packages and deliveries before you arrive
  • Prepping your office space prior to your arrival (ensuring everything works and is switched on)

2. A Warm welcome

  • We get it, first day jitters are normal, but we’ll be there waiting for you and ready to help you get settled right from the get-go.

3. A Refreshing Start

  • Before we get going, would you like a tea, coffee or water? Getting a refreshment prior to starting a big job helps to get you in the mind set and allows us to get to know each other. Let’s hang your coat, put your bag away and then we’ll show you around.

4. Guide to Your New Workspace

  • We’ll tour the building together so you can get acquainted with the space and feel free to help yourself to all the complimentary amenities. We’ll let you know
    about any paid services, how standard operations work and answer common queries. Pop by reception at any time with any further questions and we’ll get it sorted.

5. Client Welcome Pack

  • No need to memorise it all, you’ll receive a tailored Client Welcome Pack to make it easier for you. This pack will include all building rules, guidelines, health & safety policies, invoicing procedures, meeting room booking info, an intro to your building team and all their contact details; fancy we know! With the essential details in hand, you’ll be able to get back to business quickly.

6. Additional Support

Our team are ready to support you with day-to-day operations, assist with a special event, and manage your office. Our onsite teams are trained and ready to deliver an outstanding service so you don’t have to deal with mail, packages, big deliveries, setting up utilities… all the niggly things.
