*The offer is open to anyone recommending a Landmark office. Qualification for the reward is subject to a referral client signing the necessary documentation for a minimum term of 12 months. All initial moving in funds must be received before the reward will be paid. The online application must be received before the referred client views the centre. The referred client must not be a current or previous client of Landmark. The referral client must not have viewed a Landmark centre via a third party property agent or broker. This offer is valid until 31st December 2021. Cannot be redeemed against any other Landmark product. Subject to availability. In the event of a dispute, Landmark’s decision will be final. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. The reward is 5% of the contract value, for a term of 12 months. For example, if the monthly contract value is £4,800, then the 12 month contract value will be £57,600 and the reward would be £2,880. The reward will be paid in cash and will be capped at £5,000.
