What's included in my meeting room booking?

  • Unlimited refreshments (teas, coffee, water)

Some rooms are also equipped with video conferencing.

Can I have the meeting room set up in a different layout?

Yes, our meeting rooms can be arranged boardroom, cabaret, theatre or classroom style depending on the maximum capacity.

On our online booking platform  in the description we mention where different layout are possible with a maximum capacity.

If you require an alternate layout, please add a request in the ‘Additional Comment’ when making your booking and a member of the team will be in touch to confirm if its possible.

Can I order catering for my meeting?

Yes, tea and coffee are included as standard with your booking, but if you’d like to arrange a catered breakfast or lunch we’d be happy to help.

Once your booking is confirmed our team will work with our catering partners to ensure any catering is delivered and set up for your meeting.

How early can my guest or I arrive for a meeting?

If there are no booking before your meeting room booking, you may be able to access the room earlier than your booking time.

Please speak to the reception team at the building of your booking – their contact details will be included in your booking confirmation.

What happens if my meeting overruns or I need to extend the booking for longer?

If the room you are in is not required for another booking you can extend your booking, but additional charges may apply – please speak to the reception team at the building you are in.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel a booking more than 5 working days (working days being Monday to Friday) prior to the booking date, we’ll refund booking.

If you cancel your booking less than 5 working days prior to the booking date, you shall remain liable for the cost of the room as follows:

0 – 5 day = 100%
6 + days = 0%
