What do I need to get started?

Setting up a Virtual Office with Landmark is easy, but to meet legal and security compliance rules there are some requirements:

  • Proof of ID and Proof of residential address for all company Directors
  • Proof of ID and proof of residential address for all shareholders that own 25% or more of the business
  • Proof of your company trading address
  • Proof of mail forwarding address (if different to above proof of address)

Is there a minimum contract term required?

No, prices listed are for a 12 month contract term, but you can choose a 1, 3 or 6 month term if preferred. Prices for other contract terms provided on request.

Can I register my business at Companies House using a Landmark office address?

Yes, this is can be added as an upgrade to your monthly contract once you have completed our legal and security compliance.

I need access to an office or meeting room - can I use your facilities?

Yes, you can use our online booking platform to view availability and book a space depending on your requirements. We have meeting rooms with various capacity limits across our portfolio, day offices where you’ll get a private empty office space or you can drop into one of our coworking spaces by booking a day pass.
